Digital Phone Assistant

Answers the phone when nobody else can.

cierra's digital phone assistant picks up the calls that would otherwise be lost — out on a job, when the line is busy, over lunch, after hours. It takes the caller's name, number and request, sends you a summary via WhatsApp and puts emergencies straight through.

  • 14-day trial period
  • No audio recording — written summaries
  • Changes free of charge, any time

Transparency: the assistant is an AI system and says so to every caller in its first sentence — required by law (EU AI Act, Art. 50) and impossible to switch off. Calls are not audio-recorded by default; you receive a written summary.

Two starting points

Which one is you?

The same assistant solves two different problems. Pick your side — plan and next step follow from it.

“Calls often go unanswered here.”

Typical: trades and small businesses with 3–15 people — everyone out on jobs, nobody in the office.

Whoever calls you and reaches no one calls the next company. The assistant picks up after the third ring, takes name, number and request, and sends it to you on WhatsApp. Emergencies are put straight through to you.

  • No call is lost any more — evenings and weekends included
  • Name, number and request arrive as a WhatsApp message on your phone
  • Emergencies are put straight through to you

Quick maths

Two lost calls a week, €800 average job value — if only every third one had become a job, that's over €2,000 a month. The assistant costs €99. In a real conversation we calculate with your numbers, not made-up ones.

Matching plan: Basic — €99 per month

“Our front desk is overloaded.”

Typical: property management, car dealerships, law firms, medical practices — businesses from around 15 employees.

The assistant replaces no one. It takes the calls nobody could answer anyway: when the line is busy, over lunch, during holidays and sick leave, after hours. And it pre-sorts standard questions so your front desk has the conversations that are worth it.

  • Second and third lines ring out as soon as someone is on the phone
  • Constant interruption of the actual work
  • Holidays, sick leave, lunch break — the business is blind on the phone
  • 70% of calls are the same three questions

Matching plan: Pro — €249 or Business — €499 per month

Forwarding rules and extensions are something a colleague reviews together with you — we don't set that up on our own.

How it works

From signature to day-to-day operation.

01

Setup — we handle it

You give us opening hours, your services, the emergency contact and a mobile number for notifications. Contract and SEPA mandate are handled digitally — without both, we don't set anyone up.

02

Learning phase — weeks 1 and 2

The assistant takes calls while we fine-tune wording, hours, announcements and questions together. Changes are free and unlimited, at any time.

03

Trial and sign-off

You test for 14 days without risk; the contract term starts afterwards. After the learning phase we review the result together in a sign-off meeting.

04

Day-to-day operation

The assistant runs. If calendar booking, software integration or additional numbers come later, that's a plan change — never a one-off invoice.

Honest limits

What the assistant can't do.

We'd rather tell you before you sign than after.

  • It doesn't replace consulting or sales conversations. It takes calls, pre-sorts and puts people through.

  • Strong dialects or background noise — on a building site, say — make things harder.

  • It tells every caller in its first sentence that it is a digital assistant. That's required by law and cannot be switched off.

  • No audio recording by default — you get a written summary of every call.

  • The contract includes a data processing agreement listing every service provider involved.

  • Doctors, lawyers, tax advisors: professions bound to secrecy need additional agreements — we clarify that in a personal conversation first.

Frequent questions

The usual objections — answered briefly.

What does it cost?

Basic is €99 per month with 250 call minutes, Pro €249 with 750, Business €499 with 2,000. Additional minutes €0.35 each. Setup is €490 and waived with a 12-month term. All prices net. There are no discounts — instead, the prices are published right here.

My customers want to talk to a human.

Understandable. But in that moment the alternative isn't a human — it's the dial tone. The assistant only takes the calls nobody else answers. Whether it works for your customers is something you can hear for yourself: call the demo number.

Does this actually work?

You don't have to take our word for it. Call 0800 000 8142 and ask for an appointment — two minutes, then you'll know.

We have an answering machine.

Fewer than 20% of callers leave a message on one. An answering machine doesn't take anything — it apologises. The assistant takes name, number and request, and sends it to you on WhatsApp.

We already have a phone system.

It stays. The assistant sits behind it — as overflow when the line is busy, or as cover when nobody picks up. Your numbers don't change.

I don't want a 12-month term.

Then take the other option: pay the €490 setup fee and stay on a monthly rolling contract. With a 12-month term, the setup fee is waived. Both are fine — you choose.

What about data protection?

No audio recording by default — there is a written summary. You get a data processing agreement listing every service provider involved. And the assistant tells every caller in its first sentence that it is an AI system. For professions bound to secrecy we clarify additional agreements in advance, in person.

We have enough work already.

Then it's not about new customers but about pre-sorting: the assistant qualifies what comes in. In the evening there are two callbacks on your list instead of fifteen.

Will it replace our front desk?

No. It can't advise, can't sell, can't decide and can't calm down an upset customer. It takes what would otherwise never be answered — busy lines, off-hours, cover. And during setup you decide what it says and when it picks up at all.

Listen first. Then decide.

Call the assistant and ask for an appointment — this is how it would sound to your customers. If you like it, we'll set up a personal demo in about ten minutes that answers with your company name — the demo number arrives via WhatsApp.

Via the chat on this page or the contact form — all we need is your company name and industry.
